Ranbuta (aka. Ranran) is a pig that makes fun of bad video games.
Threads full of Ranbuta are referred to as "pigpens" or "pig farms". His catchphrase "ここが新しい豚小屋" means "This is the new pigpen". He's a derivative of Shobon, but he shouldn't be confused with Tonky who is another pig character associated with Shobon.
He also made a cameo in the video game Hyperdimension Neptunia as an anime girl wearing a pig mask.
