Shobon (ショボーン) is a cat whose name literally means "depressing". He was used on 2ch to express dissappointment and regret. His catchphrase is "一日一回ｼｮﾎﾞｰﾝ "/"Ichinichiikkai shobōn" which translates to "Shobon once a day".
Shobon is most well known for starring in the video game Shobon Action (aka. Cat Mario), as well as a fan-made music video for the Vocaloid song "Double Lariat". You may also recognize him as the "stupid fucking hampster face".
