Yowane Haku (弱音ハク) is a Vocaloid fan character created by Caffein. She is a joke character, who was created to represent inexperienced Vocaloid producers who couldn't make Miku sound good. Like Akita Neru, Haku has been officially recognized by Crypton Future Media.
Although originally meant to be a failed Vocaloid producer, Haku is often portrayed by fans as a failed Vocaloid. Caffein has stated that the character is open to interpretation.

Honne Dell (本音デル) is a gender-swapped version of Haku, also created by Caffein. Fans sometimes portray him as Haku's brother and/or a failed version of Len.
Music
Since Haku was a fan character made to represent bad Vocaloid music, the idea of giving her a voice on purpose is seen as silly by some people. However, fans have created "Yowane Haku" covers and original songs by manipulating Miku's voice. Many of these Haku songs are actually good!
