The AA art of 2ch was originally designed for use with MS PGothic, which was the default font on Japanese windows computers at the time. However, it's a proprietary font that wasn't available on most computers, so other fonts based off of it were created.

Mona is one of the most commonly used fonts for AA art. It's public domain, and it's actually the font that this website uses, so you can download it as a .woff file here if you want.
There's also a version forked from IPA Font, called IPA Mona Font, but it has conflicting liscences.
Like Mona, Shinonome is a font that's often used for AA art. But it's a bitmap font and I don't know how to use those ;-;
The AAHub is an online collection of original AA-compatible fonts. Not all of them appear to be available for download, but using Command+U in Firefox shows us their hidden urls.
