Jisaku Jien (ジサクジエン) is a derivative of Moralar, or more specifically he is a derivative of Moralar's face. He's a kaomoji-like critter that usually speaks in half-width kana.

The phrase "jisaku jien" literally translates to "One Man Play", and this AA character was originally created to mock sockpuppet accounts. He eventually became his own character.
