Borujoa

Borujoa (ぼるじょあ) was a tripcode user who had an idiosyncratic typing style. He went by "Bourgeois Youth" / "Borujowa na Wakamono" (ブルジョワな若者), but he couldn't spell "Bourgeois" correctly. He was active in the summer of 2002.

In August, he leaked his own tripcode, allowing 2ch users to do impressions of him. This was popular for a while, but eventually the Borujoa impersonators got out of hand and started spamming multiple boards, so it died down pretty quick.

Typing Style

• first-person pronouns: "boku" (ボク), "boru" (ぼる), "borujoa" (ぼるじょあ), "joa" (じょあ)
• says "eē" (エェー) instead of "are?" (あれ？)
• says "ouwā" (オゥワー) instead of "uwā!" (うわー!)
• tripcode: ◆EncckFOU (#ぶるじょあ)
• kaomoji: （・３・）
